LucasArts' forthcoming game, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, takes players through a storyline that is based on the Star Wars films and is placed chronologically between Episode III and Episode IV (the original film).
In the game, players take the role of Darth Vader's apprentice who, through the course of the game, goes through a period of redemption. The game will incorporate two new technologies: Euphoria, a biofeedback artificial intelligence that allows game players to experience different results each time they play; and Digital Molecular Matter (DMM), which allows the game to showcase much more realistic physics and destruction effects than have traditionally been seen in games.
