by gojeffrey October 13, 2008 8:30 AM PDT: I was glad to see your look into the new Silent Hill. However I have to disagree with you on the scariness factor. I played a bit over the weekend and there were some points where my nerves were on edge or I completely jumped out of my skin. Of course I was playing late at night with all the lights turned out... that may have helped.

I do agree with you on the lackluster fighting style. I also think that (even after setting the brightness levels) the game is very dark, even with his flashlight turned on. Nevertheless, I've played all the Silent Hill games and I enjoy this genre so I'm having fun with the game.; Reply to this comment
