From Adobe Systems:The Adobe PostScript Printer Driver (AdobePS) lets you print documents from Mac OS applications to a PostScript printer. When you use AdobePS with the PDF printer driver plug-in, you can generate an Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) file from AdobePS, set up and select an Acrobat PDF custom printer from the Printer menu of AdobePS, and set Acrobat Distiller options that affect the type of PDF file Acrobat Distiller will produce.

"Does a good job and it's free"
Pros: FREE and you can speficy the name and append to the document so that you can build a multiple document from multiple sources. I would give a 5 if it could automatically insert it in an email and if it would be a stand alone application. However, it's free, you have to expect some minor issues.
Cons: This program depends on another program called Ghostscrip and you will have to down load this additional application. It wont' work without it. Total download is over 8 megabytes.
