From Thingamajig:Agenda is an application designed to help you organize not only your time, but also your goals. Instead of only keeping track of appointments, Agenda also keeps track of the goals these appointments further, so you can easily determine if what you are doing today is helping you to accomplish what you want to do this week, this month, this year, and this decade. Agenda helps you organize your life by establishing a hierarchy of goals. Out of these goals you schedule appointments. Agenda then helps you see if you're on track with your goals by providing instant summaries of how much time you've actually spent on them. Agenda's features include: day, week, month, and year schedules; repeating appointments; appointment reminders; a goal tree for planning and tracking your goals; instant summaries of how much time you've spent on each goal; and an easy drag-and-drop interface.

Pros: Simple to use.
Best feature is that it allows you to split up a goal into small acheivable targets set in a time frame.
Cons: They should have a feature where you click on a Goal and all the entries under it with editing facilities gets thrown up.
In the current format, its hard to review a goal once you have set it up.

"Its simple but can't Outlook do this better?"
Pros: It's not microsoft, its not complicated and does just what it says it will do.
Cons: It's not outlook and it doesn't integrate with pda's, and other software.

"Just what I had been looking for!"
Summary: So easy to use and the tech. support is quick and personal. Not only is it a great program for adults, but a good learning/teaching tool for children needing help with time management.
