From Geek Phase Corporation:Drug Wars is an addictive game of buying and selling in a seedy underworld. Take on the role of a street dealer, and try to make as much money as possible. Buy and sell a variety of products, fend off gangs, mafia enforcers and cops. Based on the classic 1980's dope wars game, but with new twists and strategy. Character creation lets you tailor your character. Banking options let you manage your money throughout the game. Gangs, mafia enforcers and cops try to derail you, but there are ways around that, including running, offering bribes, or fighting back (features violent and non-violent conflict styles). Complete statistics covers every detail of the game. Recent updates included buying vehicles and armor, enhanced map and interface detail.
Version 1.31 features many fixes and improvements. This free edition includes the standard length game, and can be played forever. Additional features are available to registered users. Drug Wars - Underworld contains no third party software.Drug Wars - Underworld is intended for a mature audience. You must be 18 or older to download Drug Wars - Underworld.

Pros: ahahahhah i love this damn game it kicks ass, they made the most habit forming game out there.

Pros: This game is so much fun and totally addictive. After playing a couple of times, you will be completely hooked. It is a role playing game that makes you want to keep playing over and over again to beat your personal best.
Cons: no graphics but an awesome game.

Pros: A fun game that allows you to be a "day-trader" of recreational intoxicants. Travelling between neighborhoods in a city,ie New York or Austin you build your funds until you can purchase cool add-ons from the store like clothes for more storage space, armor for protection weapons for fighting and vehicles for moving around faster. I like that each neighborhood visit uses one day,then the purchase of transportation divides days into combinations of morning, afternoon, evening and night depending on speed of vehicle. You can hire thugs to help you fight and snitches to give you tips. The interface is really clean and easy to manipulate and you can use your own pictures. It is addictive and very cool to see how rich you can become and how much money you can make on smart timely transactions. The demo is a good sample and it lasts forever instead of giving you 7 days like ya don't have a life. Its worth a try and a buy.
Cons: The biggest pain is the encounters with the police are WAY TOO numerous. Since it is text based I find myself constantly clicking on 'run' and 'fight'. On top of that each encounter requires multiple clicks to advance the action and encounters occur approx. 3 out of 5 visits. Thats too much darn clicking! Worse still there is no way to get the cops off of you. You should have the option of paying them off once a week so they will bug off and you can actually enjoy playing the game. Encounters with mafia and gangs aren't much better its just that with a good weapon ya get lots of cash from them. But once you kill somebody they oughta leave you alone for awhile. Another drag is can't change the names of the snitches (at least I haven't found a way) The names are stupid and I can't recall who belongs to which neighborhood. Either allow custom names or include the neighborhood with their name when they call so you know where they are from. It's true though...if the power goes off while I'm playing this game I don't really care, I'm not attached. After awhile its just buy low, sell high and click click click click click..
