"Does everything I need it to and fast and stable."
Pros: - can make self-extracting file
- rar format can split files
- rar compresses better than zip
- often found to be faster than winzip unzipping large zip files
- license includes command line version for scriptingCons: None that I am aware of.
Summary: I had been a long time winzip user for about 10 years but often found myself installing WinRar. Last year I bought a license and never looked back. read more

"A life safer for decompress and extracting files."
Pros: Great for HD space
Cons: There is no cons that I have found but if I do I will report back here.
Summary: This is a space saving program that compresses and extracts all files without having to run a check on them with the internet first. All file extensions excepted. read more

"WARNING - DO NOT DOWNLOAD - INFECTED FILE!!!"
Pros: Nothing to like about this - stay well clear!!!!!
Cons: See below - 250 characters is not enough for what I want to say about this sh***y piece of software!

"DON"T DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM FROM THIS SITE!!!!"
Pros: It works good.
Cons: Applehebi virus was in file
Summary: I am sure this is a very good program...however after downloading and installing this particular file, I was slammed with a virus called "applehebi"! My antivirus software didn't even catch it and it was very difficult to get rid of!! BEWARE!! read more
